I never cease to be amazed at how hard I work and all the while I think god I hope I'm making progress , then my husband or friend will snap a shot of me and I'm like whoa . My six pack four day a week challenge is going well and is done for this week ,but I know it will yield results if I just keep trucking along . As I do each crunch , dead bug ,and or leg lift I think I can do this as the burning pain of my muscles resourcing the last stitch of energy takes over. I push my self and drive my self into the next set or rep telling my self I'm better then this don't cave pepping myself up . I feel great I'm pushing my self harder and harder ,but I'm a little disappointed in my self cause I feel I could have been pushing harder in the past so now I have to make up for lost time I love it my muscles ache and are tight but thus means I'm progressing so I will truck on.

Hey everyone ,
I'm in a great mood and my results and progress are just cruising along. I crushed my first weight goal by 5 lbs now and I'm leaner then ever So proud of myself . I'm working towards six pack super abs. I figure it will take till September which kinda sucks cause it will be the end of summer but all well still worth it . My new goal is six pack by September and long term goal is a fitness comp my next summer. I feel great and this is the tiniest I have been in a long time . My meals are planned for a week in advance well 3 days and weighed out to the gram . I added a cheat day like my girlfriend said to keep my metabolism running efficiently and keeping me happy . After my cheat day I crave healthy food again. I love my diet and routine 7:30 am gym times and Tuesday Friday meal prep Saturday cheat 130 grams of protein and carb cycling .

My #sexy #journey to #bikini #beach #ready is almost over and new #goals are made @fuddenstadden
Hey guys
You have been reading following or casually reading my writings and now with only 5 lbs from my ultimate goal of 120 lbs I have new endeavors to try . I am now on a carb cycle every four days spiking my carbs to double and one day a week cheat day which I'm so nervous about but very excited .It seems silly bu picking the right day for a cheat day isn't easy do I want a day off or a day I can have a glass of wine or one where there is no gym lol so silly my first world problems . I think Saturday is the best cause I can enjoy wine with out going to the gym the next day and maybe the ever tasty oreo ice cream I have so been craving lol plus my sugar hangover or alcohol dehydration could stand to have the day after (sunday) where I don't have to lift weights. I'm loving my fit body and the way my clothes look and fit and I feel like I owe you guys a little credit for being my ear to vent to in all my struggles and triumphs . So thank you and follow me as I start my journey to fitness comps eeks so scary to say it. I am gonna carb cycle and now I'm on a few more supplements to help . I take cla 80 femme, l-carnitine, green tea extract, caffenine ,effedrine, b100 ,multi vitamin, flax oil, vitamin c coconut oil , allmax iso flex , quest protein bars and milk thistle. I think thats it lol also I eat between 100 and 130 protein and 25- 35 grams of carbs on my low days and 50- 60 carbs on my spike day but all clean carbs whole grain or healthy ones accompanied with 6 gym days and walking to work . So lets go on the next chapter come with me to see more pics , rants and triumphs .

I'm #rocking it so #summer #sexy #bikini #ready @fuddenstadden
Hey All
I'm definitely stoked today , I weighed in losing four pounds so proud of my self I have perfected my diet I think I have got my carbohydrates on an up and down scale ranging from 25 to 35 everyday having a different max . My protein is the same I have 130- 160 grams per day . I love it my bmi is 21.5 which is in the middle and my body fat percentage is 23 % which is on the low side of the scale I just know now it is all been worth it . I eat a bar for breakfast and shake after gym then a lot of greens and a fair amount of protein with a very low carb intake. I have been really busy making my meals for a week ahead except for dinner all in lock and lock Tupperware which I just bought also new measuring cups , spoons and scale for weighing and measuring food . I'm under my goal weight with out my implants now 125 lbs so awesome . I feel like my journey is still go some ways to but I'm stoked .I'm almost where I wanna be totally I have success an dI have never felt better then I do now. My skin looks amazing and when I went shopping I slipped on a size 26 jeans which were loose. I love seeing results and I feel great too also eating healthy has been really enjoyable the only craving I have had is for Oreo ice cream which I have staved off with my cookies and cream bar from quest I love it. All is on the right track.

I'm back still trucking along in my #journey to be #sexy #bikini #beach #ready for a #hot #summer @fuddenstadden
I took a hiatus from writing cause my internet was down , I know I was lost with out it . I didn't realize how much I use the internet. I have had some ups and downs sorting out protein intake vegetables and supplements so much to learn. I'm taking in 130 g of protein on average I stop taking one of my shakes an instead I eat a bar then shake the a spinach cottage cheese sunflower seed mix then two more snacks and a healthy dinner more veg will see so I skipped my weigh in and will do it next week I think the tweaking the protein will help and carbs under 30 with the once a week 35 will keep me going. I hope all is working out. I know muscle weighs more then fat so I might gain a few pound in muscle so I will try not to get discouraged . I also learned how important weighing my meats are cause 6oz is not that much and in order to control my protein intake I have to weigh everything . No cheating or cutting corners. More pics to come. Good morning everyone and happy mother's day to those who are mothers . Its gorgeous out and I sit and relax on my break day . Its nice to have a day off and to relax but I miss the gym its like a mission a quest you might even say and I'm ready to carry on to the next part of it. I have to say persistence and drive are paying off , I can see that my clothes are getting baggier and my excess skin diminishing . I woke up this morning and saw my wist ad how small they were and realized how far I have come on my journey and wow is all I can say . Its funny how no one wants to tell you have gained weight , but once you lose some weight and focus you realize how you really need to stay on top of it and how much I gained with out realizing and the only way you can tell other then the scale is in pictures . My progress is huge and I owe it all to my family who encouraged me all the way . I think along with drive, will power and a great meal and work out plan you need support of family and or friends . So never give up and keep trucking.
