   Today was an amazing I started my work out week with back and biceps and let me tell you I worked them like a boss. I owned my workout and came out on top as usual , I am driven and I took some pics to show my progress. I'm so proud the curves and definition I really have been working hard and I deserve my results. My heart beats faster before every work out as if it has to be ready for what I'm serving. I love the gnc its my favorite health food store,its like Louis Vuitton of health food stores . I stocked up on my supplements today and it was like Christmas morning they rock for deals too . I got my vanilla and banana creme supreme protein powder and four different quest protein bars vanilla crunch, banana nut muffin, strawberry cheesecake , and cinnamon roll . I got my flax seed oil two for one woot woot. I love the gym and the shape my new body is becoming . Here are some pics of my new results
